SUMMARY

This is a critical position based at our Cork Regional Office, located in Sarsfield Court Industrial Estate, Glanmire, Cork.

Electric Skyline provides lighting solutions throughout all 32 counties and maintains more than 150,000 public lights across 11 Irish local authorities.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Delivering general administration office duties and designated by the contracts manager
  • Supporting Operations.
  • Document Control.
  • ESB applications.
  • Managing Systems

  • Excellent excel skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in an Administrator role.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Advantage to have experience in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Good Organizational skills.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive actions.
  • Be a strong team member with the ability to identify and drive efficiency improvements.
  • Ability to work effectively under time and delivery pressures.
