SUMMARY

The position is based out of our Head Office in Claremorris. Electric Skyline is one of Ireland’s leading specialist electrical contractors providing Lighting and Green Energy solutions, Solar PV and EV Charger solutions throughout Ireland for Local Authority, Commercial, Agricultural, Sports and Domestic sectors.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Drive the marketing strategy, set marketing goals, determine, plan, and execute tasks to achieve those goals, and evaluate and report on the success or otherwise, while determining an appropriate marketing mix.
  • Maintenance and updating of content on the website (to include adding vacancies, adding completed projects, creating forms, adding press releases, etc.)
  • Social Media Management – Creating and posting relevant content across the company’s social channels.
  • Drive the visibility of the company website via SEO and Paid Advertising.
  • Produce marketing materials as needed both printable and online.
  • Drive brand awareness externally and ensure internal compliance with branding and brand guidelines.
  • Connect with customers and potential customers via B2B Social Media and Email Marketing.
  • Assist the various departments with their marketing needs eg HR with Recruitment advertising, Solar with Leads etc.

Essential Person Criteria for the Role:

  • Degree qualified in Marketing/Digital Marketing/ Sales & Marketing or similar.
  • Ability to keep marketing to the fore of the company priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills, along with being well organized.
  • Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive actions that involve the marketing department.
  • Ability to work effectively under time and delivery pressures.
  • Understanding of the wider business environment.

Essential skills for the Role:

  • Working knowledge of WordPress
  • Good Social Media skills– including marketing automation platforms.
  • Adobe Suite, Working Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Canva.
  • Ability to capture and edit Video Content and images.
  • Create and deliver presentations, with relevant and concise information.

Desirable Skills for the Role:

  • 1-3 years post qualification experience in a Sales or Marketing role or a very competent graduate may be considered.
  • Google Ads and Analytics certified or good working knowledge or experience of PPC and compiling insights and pulling reports from Google Analytics
  • Experienced with using paid Social Media Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads etc.
  • Ability to design marketing materials in-house using Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva.
  • Some technical SEO Skills.
  • Ability to project manage and delegate tasks to agencies, service providers, and consultants.
  • Familiarity with CRM and email Marketing systems.
