Deirdre brings a wealth of experience to Electric Skyline after many years spent in Customer Service in the Banking world and having also been employed for several years as a PA in Boston in the Insurance Industry.

She joined Electric Skyline in 2014 and was quickly promoted to Customer Service Manager for the Company where she identifies and assesses the Customer’s needs to ensure they are satisfied via email, live chat, and on the phone.

Deirdre is also a qualified Bi-lingual Secretary and is constantly upskilling to offer her customers the best possible experience.
