Electric Skyline is proud to partner with Cork City Council on a transformative public lighting upgrade project. Spanning both the North and South sides of the city, this initiative covers 40 individual sites and involves the installation of over 1,000 new public street lights. These upgrades include the replacement of lighting columns, lanterns, and significant enhancements to the underground infrastructure.
This large-scale improvement will bring about a significant reduction in carbon emissions, thanks to the installation of modern, energy-efficient LED lighting. By replacing outdated systems, the project supports Cork’s commitment to environmental sustainability and helps the city move closer to its climate action goals.
